NonoDay — Daily Nonogram ("the App") is published by Bulpara Inc ("we", "us", "our"). This policy describes how the App handles information when you use it.
1. Data We Do Not Collect
- No account, no sign-up. You never give us a name, email, or any identifier to play.
- No analytics or tracking. The App contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not build a profile of you or follow you across apps or websites.
- No servers that hold your data. We do not operate a backend that receives, stores, or processes your gameplay. There is nothing to upload.
2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device
The App stores the following on your device only, so it can remember your progress between sessions. None of it is transmitted to us.
- Puzzle progress & history: Which puzzles you’ve started or solved, your in-progress grids, and the gallery of pictures you’ve revealed.
- Streak & stats: Your daily streak, solve times, and grid sizes — stored locally via SwiftData.
- Preferences: Difficulty, theme, haptics, and your optional daily-reminder time.
- Purchase status: Subscription state is managed by Apple’s StoreKit and cached locally for feature gating.
3. Permissions We Request
NonoDay is a logic game and needs very little. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, or location.
- Notifications (optional): Only if you turn on the daily-puzzle reminder. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device — there are no push servers and the App sends nothing over the network to deliver them. You can disable notifications any time in iOS Settings.
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses a single third-party service:
- Apple App Store / StoreKit: Manages the optional Premium subscription and purchases. Handled entirely by Apple and governed by Apple’s privacy policy. We never receive your payment details.
There are no advertising networks and no analytics providers. The App shows no ads to anyone, free or Premium.
5. Data Storage and Security
- All progress, history, streaks, stats, and preferences are stored locally on your device.
- No gameplay data or device-identifiable content is transmitted to or stored on our servers — we have no servers that hold user data.
- Purchase verification uses Apple’s secure StoreKit framework.
- The App works completely offline. You can confirm this by enabling Airplane Mode — everything still works.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data, because we do not collect any. If you choose to share a solved picture via the iOS share sheet (Messages, Mail, Photos, etc.), you control where it goes — we do not see it.
7. Your Rights & Choices
You can:
- Reset your progress or delete individual entries from inside the App
- Delete the App to remove all local progress, history, and preferences
- Disable Notifications from iOS Settings at any time

8. Children’s Privacy
The App is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Because the App collects no personal data from anyone, children’s data protection is enforced by design.
