These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NonoDay — Daily Nonogram application ("the App") published by Bulpara Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

NonoDay is an iOS and iPadOS logic puzzle game. It delivers a new hand-crafted nonogram — also known as a picture cross, griddlers, hanjie, or Japanese crossword — every day. You solve the numbered grid by logic to reveal a hand-drawn pixel-art picture. The App runs entirely on your device. Features include a free daily puzzle, four difficulty levels, undo/redo, pinch-to-zoom, an optional mistake-check, streaks, solve-time stats, a gallery of solved pictures, and an optional Premium subscription that unlocks unlimited generated puzzles, larger grids, and color nonograms.

2. The Daily Puzzle

• The daily puzzle is free to play, with no advertising and no account.
• Every puzzle is designed to have exactly one solution, reachable by logic alone — no guessing is required.
• Puzzle artwork and grids are created by us. We make no guarantee that any specific picture, theme, or difficulty will appear on any given day.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s puzzle-generation logic or bundled content
• Copy, redistribute, or resell the App’s puzzles or artwork without permission
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or the free-tier daily limit
• Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free: No charge and no ads. One hand-crafted puzzle per day, four difficulty levels, streaks, and stats.
• NonoDay Premium (Monthly): $4.99/month. Unlimited generated puzzles, large 20×20 and 30×30 grids, color nonograms, every difficulty, and your full archive of solved pictures.
• NonoDay Premium (Annual): $29.99/year (save 50% vs. monthly), including a 7-day free trial. Same Premium feature set as monthly.
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s Terms of Service.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• If you start the free trial and cancel before it ends, you will not be charged.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Existing subscribers retain their original price for the remainder of the active term.

5. User Content & Data

Your progress, streaks, stats, and solved-picture gallery are stored locally on your device. We do not collect, access, or store this data on any server. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, puzzles, and hand-drawn pixel art, is owned by Bulpara Inc and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. The puzzles and artwork may not be extracted, redistributed, or used commercially without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BULPARA INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of progress, streaks, or stats due to user error, device failure, or App deletion
• Subscription-related charges that fall under Apple’s billing policy
• Any interruption or unavailability of the App

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bulpara Inc from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the business.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
